Virginia Rose Finfrock, 95, of Logansport passed away at 11:20 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019 at Miller's Merry Manor in Logansport.
Born on Dec. 14, 1923 in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Calvin and Ethel (Wassam) Finfrock. She was a 1942 Logansport High School graduate. Virginia was formerly employed at RBM. She was also a former secretary for National Homes and a receptionist for Dr. Max Pfuetze and Head Start for several years. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church where she was active with the All Saints choir and Lady of Grace Study Club and she was a eucharistic minister for All Saints Catholic Church. Virginia was also a former volunteer at Logansport Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Ethel Deichman of Logansport, Leonne Brown of Logansport, Joseph Brown (Thecla) of Monticello, Mark Brown (Patty) of Logansport, Linda Anderson (David) of Nyona Lake and John Brown (Dianne) of Logansport. She is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Leon Finfrock, Richard Finfrock and George Finfrock; sisters, Beatrice Finfrock, Jean Brown and Marilyn Dalton; nephew, Steven Dalton and niece, Vickie Humann.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 1, 2019 at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Jeff Martin officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass at Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel & Crematory. Burial will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park.
