Steven M. Cotner, 60, of Logansport, died Fri-Oct 4, 2019 at 3:52 p.m. at St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born Sept 25, 1959 in Logansport, to the late Donald & Mary Rush Cotner Sr. His marriage was to Donna L Woolridge in Logansport on Jan 4, 1999, and she survives. He was a 1978 graduate of Logansport High School.
He worked for 10 years at Ball Corp in Monticello, and for 8 years at Tinnerman Manufacturing in Logansport. He attended the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Logansport, and formerly volunteered at Great Cats of Indiana, where one of the animals was selected to be the mascot for LSU in Baton Rouge, LA, his favorite college team. He loved the outdoors, and liked to fish. He enjoyed music, and had been in a band in his younger years. He dearly loved his family and grandchildren.
Surviving: wife-Donna L Cotner of Logansport; sons-Dustin & Kylie Cotner of Logansport, Austin M Cotner of LaPorte; stepdaughter-Mandy & Scott Army of Logansport; sister-Becky Shaver of Logansport; 6 grandchildren. Preceded by a brother Donald T Cotner Jr.
Services: The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3-5 p.m. at the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Logansport, his memorial service will start at 5 p.m., Pastor Brandon Hudson officiating.
