Shelby J. Moise, 79, of Rochester (formerly of Winamac) passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2022 at Hickory Creek in Rochester. Visitation will be from 1-5 PM EDT Sunday, August 22, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Services will be held at 10 AM Monday, August 23, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac with Rev. David Broad Officiating. Burial will take place at St. Peter's Cemetery with Rev. Daniel Shine officiating. Online Tributes may be offered at www.frainmortuary.com.
