Rosemarie B. (Byrd) Scott, 78, Kokomo, passed away at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, at Waterford Place Health Campus in Kokomo. She was born Jan. 10, 1940, in Heidelberg, Germany.

Rosemarie retired from Delco Electronics in 1998. She was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan. She also enjoyed watching wrestling and NASCAR. Rosemarie loved listening to classic country music, going to garage sales and flea markets.

Rosemarie is survived by her children, Mike (Missy) Byrd, Rick (Beckie) Byrd, Steve (Andrea) Byrd, Mark (Brenda) Byrd, and Tina (Brian) King; along with several grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rosemarie was preceded in death by two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, 2018, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Rex Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in Albright Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from noon-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
