Ronald Walter Coleman, 84, Kokomo, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 5:15 p.m. at Majestic Care of Sheridan, Indiana.

Ronald was born Oct. 2, 1933, in Miami County to the late Walter and Helen Coleman (Brandt).

Ronald married Patricia Trexler on Nov. 8, 1953. She preceded him in death on April 4, 1997.

He was a 1952 graduate of Bunker Hill High School. Ronald retired from Delco Electronic after 28 years. He was a member of Chapel Hill Christian Church and UAW Local 292 and enjoyed carpentry and woodworking.

Survivors include his children, Richard Coleman (Dianna), Terry Coleman (Lynn) and Connie Deason (Kevin); sisters, Sherry Brinson (Robert) and Patsy Sewell; grandchildren, Jennifer Degraaff (Rick), Tami Crawford (Justin), Melissa Alexander (Scott), Kyle Coleman (Ashlyn), Matthew Coleman (Beth), grandson Coleman Deason (Natalie), Cayla Craw (Ben), Cassidie Deason; great-grandchildren, Keaton, Kenzie, Kaitlynne Degraaff, Kennedy Fisher, Storie, Grey Crawford, Austin, Grace, and Taylor Alexander, Laken and Brody Coleman, and Levi, Asher, Ezra Coleman, Tristan and Spencer Deason, Caris, Annabelle, Emilynn Craw, and Everett Craw; step-grandchildren, Joseph Binkerd (Kim), Nicole Kennedy, June and Maggie Binkerd and a foster daughter, Deanna Moyer.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Patricia; two brothers, Jimmy Coleman and Max Coleman; brother-in-law, Jack Sewell; granddaughter, Carissa Sue Deason; great-grandson, Conner Degraaff, and great-grandson, Carson Degraaff, along with step-great grandsons Cameron J. and Kyle A Kennedy.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2018 at Chapel Hill Christian Church, 2600 W. Alto Road with Pastor Brian Sewell officiating. Friends may visit with the family from noon to 2 p.m. also at the Church on Friday. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery Peru.
