Nate Forrester, 24, Kokomo, passed away on Aug. 19, 2016, at Community North in Indianapolis.
Visitation will be from noon until the 2 p.m. memorial service on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi. Pastors Rob Brown and Mark Ward will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
