Michelle Jeanne "Mik" Bonnell, 63, of Royal Center, IN passed way unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, June 25, 2022. She was born on July 18, 1958 in Marion, IN to the late Roi and Marla [Shimer] Rosenthall. Michelle grew up in Summitville, IN and Crescent Beach, FL. She graduated from Madison Grant High School in Fairmount, IN and attended Ball State University where she met the love of her life, Mark Bonnell. On March 7, 1981, Michelle married Mark in Marion. Mik was a talented artist who enjoyed reading, listening to music, and flowers. She also was an avid animal lover who enjoyed traveling and spending time at the ocean/beach. The most important part of Mik's life was her family. She was a loving wife and mother who will be dearly missed. Survivors include her husband, Mark Bonnell of Royal Center; her daughter, Kallie Jeanne Bonnell of Indianapolis; her step mother,

Nancy "Ninny" Rosenthall of Sarasota, FL; her sister, Cindi (John) Hamilton of Greenfield, IN; her brothers, Matt (Erin) Rosenthall of Carmel, IN and Mark "Bo" Rosenthall of Summitville, IN; and

Several Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by her father, Roi Rosenthall, Jr. and her mother, Marla [Shimer] Young. Visitation will be from 3-6 PM EDT Friday, July 1, 2022 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN. Private Disposition will take place at a later date.
