Logansport, IN. - Linda Irene Appleton, 72, of Logansport, passed away 1:30 am Monday October 10, 2022, at her home. She was born in Kokomo, IN, on March 26, 1950, the daughter of the late Roy and Edith (Copeland) Brown. On December 20, 1975, she married Dean Appleton in Logansport, and he survives.

Linda was a 1968 graduate of Caston High School. She was employed at the Corner Cupboard, a grocery store in Logansport that she managed. She enjoyed antiquing and collecting doll houses. She was skilled as a homemaker and taking care of her husband.

In addition to her husband Dean, Linda is survived by her sisters, Pat (Eugene) Decker, Jane (Phil) Albright, and Jo Carnes; nieces and nephews, Jane Decker, Cathy Howard, Jeff Albright, Jerry Albright, Mike Albright, Benny Albright, Joney Moore, Brandy, Ginger, and Bo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a nephew, and a great-nephew.
