Logansport, IN - Jill Moody Whittaker, formerly of Lafayette, passed away peacefully at midnight on April 10, 2025, with her husband, Harold, by her side, at the Chase Nursing Center in Logansport.

Jill loved her heavenly Father, Jehovah, and demonstrated that love through decades of joyful ministry, sharing the truth from God's Word, the Bible. One of her most cherished experiences was spending a year in Chile, South America, with Harold, teaching the Bible to local residents.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Whittaker, her son, Dan (Debbie) Kendall; her daughter, Mary Lee (Stuart) Bollock; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her brother, Peter Moody.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 4, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4111 Soldiers Home Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906. Elder Dean Burling will officiate at the service. A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
