Jay F. Kopkey, 95, Winamac, passed away Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at Pulaski Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. ET Thursday, Jan. 21, at Frain Mortuary, Winamac.
Burial will be in McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Winamac. The American Legion and VFW will conduct military graveside services.
Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. ET Wednesday at Frain Mortuary and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Winamac First Christian Church or the Pulaski County 4-H Horse and Pony Club.
