Elizabeth A. "Betty" Parcel, 82, Star City, passed away at 4:05 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at White Oak Health Campus, Monticello.
A funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. (EST) Friday, March 4, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Winamac, with the Rev. Leroy Kinnaman officiating. Burial will take place in Star City West Cemetery, Star City.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. (EST) Thursday, March 3, at Frain Mortuary.
A Scriptural Wake service will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Star City Lions Club or American Heart Fund.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Frain Mortuary, Winamac.
