Darlene Bridge (Kay) Obituary

Darlene Kay (Landis) Bridge, 88, of Idaville, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2024, at her home.

She was born on Dec. 21, 1935, at the family home in Cass County near Logansport, the daughter of the late Charles "Cotton" and Dorothy (Allen) Landis. She married the love of her life, Paul "Mert" Bridge, on April 11, 1954, at the Methodist Church in Burnettsville. He survives.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024, at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Monticello.

Funeral services celebrating Kay's life will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jason Metzinger officiating.

Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Pike Creek Church of the Brethren, or to the Idaville Volunteer Fire Department. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
