Daniel H. Logan, 77, Royal Center, passed away at 3:55 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 at Miller's Merry Manor in Logansport.
Born Dec. 4, 1938 in White County, he was the son of the late Milford and Mabel (Hines) Logan. He was a 1956 Royal Center High School graduate and a U.S. National Guard veteran, serving from 1956 to 1963.
On Jan. 14, 1968 he married Nancy C. Hanawalt. She survives.
Daniel was a lifelong farmer. He also helped his son, Steve with his carpentry work. He was a member of Caley United Methodist Church and he enjoyed going to auctions and collecting pencils and arrowheads.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Logan, Royal Center; son, Steve Logan, Royal Center; daughter, Vicki Logan, Royal Center; and two grandchildren, Cearra and Braxten Logan.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 26, 2016, at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel, with Pastor Doris Smith officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Thompson Cemetery.
