Cynthia Diane Householder Peck, 62, passed away on Dec. 21, 2022, at 7 a.m., in Franklin, Tennessee, with her loving family around her after a courageous battle with cancer.
Cynthia was born Jan. 25, 1960, in Quantico, Virginia, to Glen W. Householder and Elizabeth (Betty) Miller Hollingsworth. She was raised by her mother and James Hollingsworth.
Cynthia married Leon S. Peck on April 23, 1983, at Grissom Air Base Chapel, Bunker Hill, Indiana. She leaves behind four loving sons, Leon M. Peck (Chelsea), Nashville, Tennessee, Daniel Peck, Cordova, Tennessee and Sean Peck and Nathan Peck of Franklin, Tennessee.
Cynthia graduated from Lewis Cass High School in 1978. She was a member of the cheer block, and a flag girl in the marching band. Her hobbies were quilting, knitting, crocheting, reading and baking apple pies. She was a lover of animals and nature.
Surviving are her brothers, Randall Householder, Greentown, Indiana, Bruce (Renea) Hollingsworth, Florida, Randy (Candace) Hollingsworth, Florida, Gary (Jerri) Hollingsworth, Logansport, Indiana; a sister, Lori Monroe, Celina, Indiana; and a special niece, Mandy Hollingsworth, Peru, Indiana.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in the early spring of 2023, at the community building in Galveston, Indiana.
