Barbara Lou Robinson, 75, Burnettsville, passed away on Dec. 25, 2016 at Millers Merry Manor in Logansport.

Barbara was born to the late William A. and Mary E. (Constant) Allen on June 13, 1941 in Logansport. She was a 1959 graduate of Idaville High School.

She married Joseph S. Robinson on Sept. 19, 1959 at the Idaville Church of God. He preceded her on Jan. 7, 2014.

She was a member of the Lutheran Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

She enjoyed crocheting, babysitting, communicating on Facebook and playing Euchre.

She is survived by her sons, Rick Robinson of Lafayette and Randy Robinson (wife, Jodie) of Galveston; sister, Shirley Ann Minix of Logansport; grandchildren, Michael Robinson, Shane Robinson, Eric Wheetley, Christopher Wheetley, Melissa Robinson, Crystal Roe, Ryan Robinson, Sharlean Melroy, Christina Pauley, Samm Buckles and Shawn Major; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Also preceding her in death were her brother, Jerry Allen; and sister, Nancy Allen.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from noon until the 2 p.m. funeral service at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi with Pastor Dean Burnette officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Burnettsville.

Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
