Barbara Lee (Bevington) Price, 92, of Kokomo, formerly of Galveston, passed away early Thursday morning, June 22, 2023, at Wellbrook of Kokomo.
She was born Oct. 7, 1930, to Russell and Rosa (Blackaby) Bevington. She married Dale Price on Sept. 16, 1949, and he preceded her in death Oct. 19, 1975.
Surviving family include her children, Barry (Barbie) Price, Pete Price and Jodie (Denny) Ramer. Surviving grandchildren include, Quincey and Evan Price, Justin (Haley) Ramer, Jenilee (Jerrid) Jobe, Karly (James) Gibson and Kinsey (Kevin) Redding. Great-grandchildren include, Jayden, Lynnsey and Sydney Ramer, Kaden Gibson and Brooke Redding.
Barb was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Richard and Larry Bevington; in-laws, Arthur and Vera Price; sister-in-law, Jean Bevington; and one grandson, Eric Burke.
Visitation will be held 2 - 6 p.m. Sunday, June 25, 2023, at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston, with funeral services following on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 11 a.m., at Murray Weaver Funeral Home, with Chaplin Joel Flowers officiating.
