Thomas Kenneth Wilmot


Thomas Kenneth Wilmot passed away at Manatee Memorial Hospital, Bradenton, Florida on Nov. 16, 2018. He was born in Monticello on Nov. 1, 1988 to Dorene M. Ohrt and Kevin R. Wilmot Sr.
Thomas graduated high school in Ft. Wayne and was a graduate of Meridian College in Bradenton, Florida.
Thomas was an avid Oakland Raiders fan and was a self-taught artist. Thomas created in tattoos, abstract painting as well as calligraphy. He loved doing his different artistry. He was a very loving, polite, hard working young man and was quite the comedian as well as he loved to make people laugh!
Thomas was survived by his mother, Dorene M. Ohrt of Logansport; father, Kevin (Mimi) R. Wilmot Sr. of Bradenton, Florida; brother, Kevin R. Wilmot Jr. of Bradenton, Florida; half-sister, Heather Wilmot, Valparaiso; along with stepbrothers and sisters.
Also surviving are his maternal grandparents Bonita K. Thompson of Logansport and Thomas F. Thompson of Burrows; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; one niece; and step-nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-6 p.m. on May 11, 2019 at Tom's mom's home, 1930 Woodlawn Ave., Logansport.
