Marion's Story

Marion Elizabeth Woodke, 73, of Flora passed away Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017 in her residence.
Born on Feb. 4, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. Keys and Catherine (Winbun) Hannah.
Marion retired from General Tire Co. after working there for 25 years. She was a 1962 graduate of Logansport High School and a member of the V.F.W. Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed flowers, crafts and spending time with her friends and family.
Surviving is a daughter, Sheryl (Steve) Layer, Logansport; two sons, Kenneth Knickrehm, Logansport, and Daniel (Suzan) Woodke, Delphi; sister, Barbara Driver, Nevada, Missouri; half-brother, John (Brenda) Bryant, Louisville, Kentucky; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Media Wohlhart, a son, Charles Knickrehm and 2 brothers, Paul and Donald Keys.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 in the Gundrum Funeral from with Pastor Aaron Gross officiating. Burial will follow in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday.
