Larry L. Krise 79, Clarksville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, at his home after a long illness.
He was born Feb. 2, 1938, in Tipton County to David E. and Leora Ethel (Carson) Krise.
He was married to Terrie (Hazeltin) Krise.
Larry graduated from Young America High School in 1956 and attended Franklin University. He had a career of over 40 years in the ink business.
Larry started his career at Cuneo Press in Kokomo, and he also managed the Inmont ink plant (later Flint Ink) in Warsaw.
Larry was an active member and usher at the Church On The Rock in New Albany, where he was also a short-term missionary.
He traveled to several countries, including Columbia and Ecuador.
Larry was also a frequent beloved Bible teacher at Victory Christian Center Church in Warsaw.
Along with his wife, survivors include sons, Kelly (Joyce) Krise and Michael (Jessie) Krise; daughter, Karla (Luis) Quiroz; stepson, Tom (Christina) Egan; stepdaughter, Tami Egan; sisters, Sally Bowyer, Patricia (John) Irwin and Sonja (Bruce) Merrell; grandchildren, Jordan (Kristina) Quiroz, Carly (Bishop) James, Amanda (William) Winston, Jazman Robarge, Deven Harper and Quinton Egan; and great-grandchildren, Isabela Quiroz, Landon Quiroz and Kaylynn Robarge.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and a great-granddaughter, Thea Estelle Winston.
A private family memorial will take place in Warsaw. Stout & Son Funeral Home is assisting the family with the local arrangements.
