Kile Mullens, 45, passed away at 3:35 a.m. Friday, Feb. 9 at his residence surrounded by family.
He was born April 22, 1972 in Logansport to Deborah Shinholt and Paul Mullens.
He graduated from Lewis Cass High School in 1990. He was a lifelong musician/lead singer for Einstein's Attic and Lot 39. He was also an avid golfer.
Survivors include his mother Debi (Jim) Shinholt, Greentown; father Paul (Mary) Mullens, Galveston; the love of his life, Sherry Lillard, Greentown; son Andrew Mullens, Greentown; brother Curtis Neil (Cher) Mullens, Onward; step-brothers Dave (Michelle) Shanks, Logansport, and Stephan Shinholt, Charlotte, North Carolina; maternal grandmother Olive Gangloff, Greentown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his maternal grandfather, Dutch Gangloff; paternal grandparents Mark and Mattie Mullens; and one nephew.
There will be a celebration of life this spring.
