Judith Ann Bieker, 73, Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Merl H. and Helen L. Homburg. She graduated from Logansport High School. Judy was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and retired in March 2017 from her position as bereavement and volunteer coordinator at Parkview Home Health & Hospice after nearly four decades of dedicated and loyal service. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband of 55 years, William J. Bieker, of Fort Wayne; son, Mark A. (Donna) Bieker, of Fort Wayne; and daughter, Nicole D. Bieker, of Carmel. Also surviving are grandson, Payton A. and granddaughter, Jessica L., and two great-granddaughters, Madison and Blakleigh, all of Fort Wayne.
Judy was preceded in death by her mother, father, and two brothers, Paul D. and Ronald H. Homburg.
Mass of Christian Burial is 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46815. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
Calling will be an hour prior to the service Thursday at the church. Calling hours will also be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46815 with a vigil at 3:30 p.m.
