Janet Lynn Smith, 63, of Logansport went to be with the Lord and lots of family on June 8, 2019.
She was born to James and Mary Frances (Bentley) Smith on Nov. 19, 1955. Janet was a graduate of Lewis Cass High School.
She worked at RBM, in the accounting department at Ivy Tech and was disabled working at Elco.
Janet truly loved her family and friends and was exceptionally proud of her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is survived by one sister, Kathleen (Jack) Tyler of Logansport; one brother, Richard (Joan) Smith, Detroit, Texas; three stepsisters, Christie of Logansport; Lee (Gary) Stanton of Logansport; and Cathy Bulick of Monticello.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one stepsister, Lou Brock.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 13, at the Church of the Nazarene, 109 W. Clinton St., Logansport, at 4 p.m. with pastor Jeff Allen officiating.

I have many memories of Janet and her sister Kathleen. Janet had the sweetest heart of anyone you could know. She will be sadly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. May they find peace I. Her good memories.
