Your mother worked with me at Tipton School before her days at Switches. She worked well with the first graders in my room and the kids enjoyed her helping them. One of the things we did was take a field trip to Wabash, Indiana to take The Wabash Cannonball back to Logansport. It was one the last trip that train took. I thought this would be an adventure of a life time the children, so we did it! I included my daughters, and Jane took Eric , to experience this train ride!. While working with me one year I had a baby. She brought me a book "The Joys of Children". I enjoyed the book very much! Many years later, I saw Jane at the Women's Lenten Breakfast. I told her I was on my wa...y to California to experience my sixth grandchild, and had the book packed to give to Jenny. I loved the book so much, and I was sure would, too.
In out later years, our paths would cross many time. I was invited by Jane to become a member of the PEO sisterhood, an honor to me. The last time I talked to Jane on the phone, I was happy to hear her, but her voice was so frail. Rest in Peace .Jane I was blessed to be your friend. Love, Jayne Sullivan
