Edna Louise Zimmeman, 96, of Logansport, passed away Sunday Nov. 12, 2017 in Miller's Merry Manor, Logansport.
Born on May 8, 1921 in Logansport, she was the daughter to the late Edward E. and Katherine (Hopper) Schreyer.
On Jan. 21, 1939 in Logansport, Edna married Joseph Zimmerman who preceded in death in Jan. 1988.
Edna was a member of Grace Fellowship Church. She retired from T.M. Morris Manufacturing and previously she had worked at RBM.
Surviving are two sons, James (Barbara) Zimmerman, Logansport and Robert (Chic) Zimmerman, Logansport; two sisters, Dorothy (Edsel) May Hults, Logansport and Mary E. Powell, Logansport; three grandsons, Ed Zimmerman, Timothy (Judy) Zimmerman and Troy (Dana) Zimmerman; two granddaughters, Kimberly (Mark) Glass and Kelly (Mike) Grandstaff; 15 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Two brothers, Charles and Karl Schreyer, and one sister, Betty White, preceded in death.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017 in Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Zimmerman officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Logansport.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017 in Gundrum Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Grace Fellowship Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
