Carol Mae Lott, 91, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, in Kokomo.
She was born Oct. 10, 1926, to the late Harley and Daisy Douglass on a farm in Kosciusko County.
Carol graduated with the class of 1945 from Logansport High School. In 1950, Carol married the love of her life, John T. Lott. John preceded Carol in death on Feb. 14, 2009.
Carol spent 28 years working in production at Delco in Kokomo before retiring in 1991. Since retiring, Carol stayed active by taking walks downtown and planting flowers outside of her home. She attended St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Kokomo for the past 25 years and would attend Joy Fellowship on Friday mornings. She was an excellent cook and was also very skilled at sewing. Above all, Carol loved her faith in the Lord and spending time with her family.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by a son, Mark Lott; brothers, Robert Douglass, Harold Douglass, Carl Douglass and Laurel Douglass; and a sister, Lois Turner.
Carol's family would like to give a special thank you to Glenda McCoy for all of the assistance that she gave to Carol.
