Bonnie M. Rush, 91, Logansport, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017, at Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport.
Born April 1, 1926, in Logansport, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Grace (Stamper) Adams. On Oct. 28, 1944, in Walton, she married Raymon R. Rush, who preceded her in death on June 3, 2015.
Bonnie was a homemaker. She was a member of Onward Christian Church and enjoyed playing card games. She loved flowers, cooking, and canning foods she grew in her garden. She cherished the time she got to spend with her friends and family.
Surviving are two sons, Phil (Freda) Rush of New Palestine, and Dennis J. (Joset) Rush of Logansport; grandchildren, Tina Rush of Canton, Michigan, Greg Rush of Logansport, Todd (Dawn) Rush of Shirley; three stepgrandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; nephews, Jack (Judy) Berlet of Walton, Morris (Carol) Little of Logansport; niece, Bonnie Sailors of Walton; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and six sisters.
A celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Monday, May 15, in the Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Rod Mason officiating. Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Onward Christian Church Memorial Fund.
